Open Box is exactly what it sounds like: a brand-new M² Vision that someone else opened first. The unit got returned, came back to our lab, and went through the same QC we run on a new build. The screen, the IPS panel, the 120 Hz refresh, the ports, the stand — all verified working before it left the bench.

A small subset have a minor cosmetic thing we disclose up front: a tiny raised spot on the panel that pushes flush with light fingertip pressure, or a very faint whir from the external power brick at idle that is only noticeable up close.

What's the resolution and refresh rate?

5120×2160 (5K2K) at 120 Hz. More pixels than two 27" QHD monitors combined.

Zero Bright-Dot Guarantee?

If your M² Vision ships with even one bright pixel, we replace it. Most manufacturers tolerate 1–3. We don't.

Which ports does it have?

Two HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 1.4, USB-C with PD, USB-B upstream, two USB-A, and 3.5mm audio out.

Mac, Windows, Linux?

All three. For 5K2K at 120 Hz, use DisplayPort 1.4 or USB-C with DisplayPort Alt Mode.
